How to Access Monarx Security
- Log into AMP: Start by logging into AMP (Account Management Panel).
- Open Root WHM: Click on “Root WHM” to enter WebHost Manager as the root user.
- Find Monarx: In WHM, type “Monarx” in the search bar, then click on “Monarx Security.”
- Go to the Dashboard: Once you’re in Monarx, you will see the dashboard. You can switch between the “DASHBOARD” and “DETAILS” tabs to check the scan results.
Understanding the Monarx Scan Results
1. No Problems Found
- If you see the message “0 users are infected on” in the DASHBOARD tab, your server has no malware.
- In the DETAILS tab, if it says “Your server is free of malware!”, it means your server is safe.
2. Problems Found
- If there are infected files, you will see a message telling you how many users are affected.
- In the DETAILS tab, you will see which user accounts are infected and what types of malware were found.
How Monarx Protects You
Monarx Security is great at detecting threats, but it also has a “Protect” mode. This means it can automatically fix any problems without needing you to do anything. You can also ask your developer to handle the issue or use your own security tools.

- Log into AMP and go to the Marketplace tab.
- Click the Monarx Security icon.
- Choose the plan you want, then click Add to Cart.
