In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international copyright laws, we maintain a clear protocol for responding to allegations of copyright, trademark, or license infringements occurring on sites hosted on our servers.

2. Reporting Infringements (DMCA)

If you believe that materials hosted on our servers violate your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Abuse Agent. Your notice must be in writing and include the following details:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If your website has been suspended or had content disabled due to a DMCA Takedown Notice and you believe this was in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. Your counter-notice must contain:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was disabled and its original URL location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, for the courts of the United Kingdom, and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

To protect intellectual property integrity, we enforce a strict **Repeat Infringer Policy**. We deploy a "three-strikes" methodology. If a customer receives **three valid DMCA Takedown Notices** within a 12-month period, we will permanently terminate their hosting account and delete all associated data without the possibility of a refund.

5. Trademark Disputes

Trademark disputes do not fall under the DMCA safe-harbor guidelines. If you believe a website hosted with us is violating your active trademark, please submit a trademark dispute form outlining your trademark registration number, jurisdiction, and proof of public confusion. We will review and coordinate communication between the trademark owner and our customer to resolve the matter.

6. Abuse and Defamation

In addition to copyright issues, we respond promptly to reports of server abuse, including phishing pages, command-and-control server setups, malware hosting, child exploitation material, and illegal content. Defamation claims must be accompanied by a valid court order from a court of competent jurisdiction before we will take action to disable content.
