1. Introduction

At 1Only Host, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our cloud hosting infrastructure and domain solutions. Because provisioning server space, software license locks, and domain names incurs immediate fees with registries and software vendors, we maintain a clear policy outlining when refunds are available.


2. Hosting Refund Eligibility

We provide a **30-Day Money-Back Guarantee** for our standard hosting products, which include:

  • Linux Shared Hosting
  • Windows Shared Hosting
  • WordPress Hosting
  • Linux Reseller Hosting
  • Windows Reseller Hosting

If you cancel these services within 30 days of the initial purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund of the hosting fees. Refunds are not issued for subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day window has expired.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain components, add-ons, or setup charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances due to upfront third-party costs. These include:

  • Administrative Setup Fees or Custom Configuration Charges.
  • Software Licenses (including cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Imunify360).
  • Any third-party extensions, billing templates, or custom theme modules.
  • Titan Business Email and Enterprise Email plans once mailbox data is activated.

4. Domain Registration Refund Rules

Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals are final. Once a domain request is submitted to the registry, it is instantly registered under your ownership and cannot be undone or refunded. This applies to standard extensions (.com, .net, .org) and premium/country-code extensions (.xyz, .in, etc.). We advise double-checking domain spellings before proceeding to checkout.


5. SSL Certificate Refund Rules

SSL Certificates (Sectigo, etc.) are refundable within **25 days** of the purchase date, provided the certificate has not yet been issued, validated, or installed on a server. Once the SSL has been activated and issued by the Certificate Authority, it becomes non-refundable.


6. VPS and Dedicated Server Refund Rules

Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Dedicated Server configurations are handled as follows:

  • **VPS Servers**: VPS plans include a **7-Day Money-Back Guarantee**. Cancellations made within 7 days of provisioning will receive a full refund, excluding any cPanel/Plesk licensing add-ons.
  • **Dedicated Servers**: Dedicated server setups are custom-provisioned to order and are strictly **non-refundable**. Once a dedicated rack is deployed, hardware costs are committed.

7. Renewal Refund Rules

All automated renewals of hosting subscriptions, domain names, backup plans (CodeGuard, Acronis), and licenses are non-refundable. To prevent unwanted charges, you must request cancellation or disable the automatic renewal toggle in your Client Area at least **5 days** prior to the invoice date.


8. Cancellation Process

To request a refund and cancel your service, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your 1Only Host Client Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to your active Services, select the service you wish to terminate, and click **Request Cancellation**.
  3. Provide a reason for cancellation and select either "Immediate" or "End of Billing Period" termination.
  4. Open a support ticket with the **Billing Department** requesting your refund within the eligible guarantee window.

9. Refund Processing Time

Eligible refund requests are processed within **5 to 7 business days** of receiving your billing ticket. Once approved, the funds will be issued back to the original payment source (Visa/Mastercard, UPI, Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal). Bank settlement timeframes may vary depending on your financial institution.


10. Abuse and Fraud Exceptions

No refunds will be granted if your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions (such as spamming, phishing, network scanning, copyright infringements, or hosting malicious files). Fraudulent chargeback disputes will lead to permanent account lockout and data termination.
