1. Introduction

Welcome to 1Only Host ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our web hosting, domain registration, VPS servers, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, and secure email/security-related services (collectively, the "Services"). 1Only Host is a division of Hydizo Global Solutions Private Limited and UK Limited.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or utilizing our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our Services.


3. Services Provided

1Only Host provides high-speed, secure web hosting solutions, including Linux and Windows Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, WordPress Hosting, VPS Servers, Dedicated Servers, Domain registration and transfer, SSL certificates, and cloud storage backups (CodeGuard, Acronis). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.


4. Account Responsibility

To access certain Services, you must create a customer account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.


5. Domain Registration Terms

Domain name registrations and renewals are processed through ICANN-accredited registries. By registering a domain through us, you agree to comply with ICANN rules and registry terms. Domain registrations are final and cannot be modified or refunded once processed. It is your responsibility to maintain accurate WHOIS contact details and to monitor expiration dates to prevent domain loss.


6. Hosting Usage Rules

Your use of our web hosting accounts is subject to resource allocation boundaries (CPU, RAM, I/O operations, disk storage, and bandwidth). Shared and Reseller hosting environments must not be used as file hosting repositories or archive repositories. You are responsible for maintaining your own backup files, although 1Only Host may provide automated backup tools for convenience.


7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) or hosting mail relays.
  • Hosting or distributing malware, trojans, ransomware, or phishing campaigns.
  • Initiating network attacks (DDoS, port scanning, brute-forcing).
  • Hosting materials that violate intellectual property rights or trade secrets.
  • Hosting adult, highly offensive, or hate speech content.

8. Payment and Billing

All Services are billed in advance on a recurring subscription basis according to your chosen billing cycle (Monthly, Annually, Biennially, Triennially). Prices are subject to change. Payment failure or chargeback requests will result in immediate account suspension and late administration fees.


9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and delete all associated data without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or receipt of valid legal notices of copyright infringement (DMCA). Upon termination, all customer data will be permanently purged from our active systems.


10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 1Only Host or its parent entities be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, server downtime, data corruption, or hardware failures. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Service during the preceding 3-month period.


11. Service Availability

We strive to achieve a 99.9% network uptime. However, service degradation or downtime may occur during scheduled maintenance windows, hardware replacement, network provider outages, or Force Majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, global routing failures). Uptime credits are handled on a case-by-case basis through our billing department.


12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted directly on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
